What counts as the "administrative precincts of Beijing"?
Am planning to use TWOV for a visit to Beijing in the summer.

I've just read that the terms limit travel to the administrative precincts of Beijing.

We were intending to travel to Mutianyu, but I'm now concerned that this will take us further than we are supposed to go.

Any thoughts?
