AV returns to LAX

According to the website Avianca is resuming direct flights between BOG-LAX. Very exciting to me as a west coaster. As much as I dislike LAX, and from YVR you either have to fly UA or AC Rouge (which sucks, though it's a short flight) this would likely cut down my travel time to MDE considerably.

Now I just have to hope the flights are reasonably priced as I've found lots of AV's longer flights are pretty pricy. Makes the trip a lot easier too rather than going YVR-LAX-SAL-MDE or BOG all on narrow body aircraft and tight connections as LAX-BOG will be serviced with an AV 787.

Operating days

Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun ex BOG 1505 arr 2046 LAX
Mon/Tue/Thu/Sat ex LAX 0945 arr 1900 BOG

Pretty great timing into BOG to make any domestic connections or overnight international. Good time exiting BOG as well. Exiting LAX...unfortunately there's no flights from YVR being able to connect. Shame it's not 1045. Also arriving at LAX is too late to make any connections to Canada as well. But hey it might still be worth some inconvenience

Anyone know when the last time this was flown? I remember AV had LAX flights but got rid of them just as I started to pay attention.
