Just spent 23 nights in the hotel. On the plus side, wonderful service in the executive lounge and very good throughout the hotel. I only had the breakfast buffet which I thought was excellent. Some have said the older Hyatt was a better buffet, but I disagree.
Be aware of the new policy regarding use of Nobu pool. NO access to Nobu pool Fridays thru Sundays when Nobu is fully booked. They made an exception for me but it was frustrating having to be escorted over to Nobu. All the literature and even welcome message on TV at hotel states use of Nobu facilities are included. The Hyatt pool is swarming with kids and is in a wind tunnel............ much quiter and nicer at Nobu
Had to move 3 times due to construction noise. Construction did NOT stop at 5 pm as outlined on letter from the GM. ASK for interior room facing pool.........a little larger with nice view and MUCH quieter.
There are shuttles to Mall of Asia and other Malls but there is practically no where to walk to.
I would definately stay here for a few days especially if you have lounge access. The folks in the lounge were phenomenal and food was good.

PS I have stayed at the Fairmont which was very nice. IMO the service at the Hyatt is superior.
