Does CX track credit card numbers with MPO accounts?
I'm curious about this: I tried to sign up a friend for MPO today and I filled in all the information as requested and when it came to the US$50 join fee, I tried to pay with my credit card. Then it gave me error saying there is already an MPO account and that we should contact an agent for support.
The issue is my friend does not have a MPO account so I suspect somehow CX has bound my credit card number to my MPO account (because I paid my joining fee with said card). I suspect this is happening because my friend then used his own card and did not have any issues.
Thoughts?
