DUB-LHR-EWR-PTY in J - better now or after changes?

Hello,

I am planning to book the following. The dates are flexible but the routing needs to stay as it is below (can slide sectors around a few days either side). If I have used the tier point calculator correctly it leaves me close enough to Silver for the following year (I am already Silver and this will continue to be the case on my reset date of June 8th, so all of the below will contribute to the following collection year - June 2015 to June 2016).

21JUL15 DUB-LHR 13:00/14:20 (J) 40 TPs
21JUL15 LHR-EWR 17:05/19:35 (I) 140 TPs
30JUL15 EWR-MIA 08:15/11:20 (P) 60 TPs
30JUL15 MIA-PTY 12:25/14:23 (I) 40 TPs
13AUG15 PTY-MIA 07:15/11:13 (I) 40 TPs
13AUG15 MIA-EWR 14:00/17:06 (P) 60 TPs
30AUG15 EWR-LHR 18:20/06:30 (I) 140 TPs
31AUG15 LCY-DUB 14:25/15:40 (J) 40 TPs

My question is, booking into the classes above, am I better off making this booking before or after the April 'change' date? I know the prices can change but assuming they don't, would I collect more Avios/TPs as a Silver member at the 'new earning rates' or the 'old earning rates'?

I have the option of stretching out some of the U.S. sectors for the same price (for example I could do EWR to ORD to MIA to PTY which would book into P,P,I respectively - would this be of much benefit and is it worth the extra flight and hours?)

Thanks for any advice received!
