Please let me know if my understanding of bluebird MS is correct, and point me to additional resources.
Before you go down this road, be sure you read (and understand) the thread "WM money kiosks always broken".
You will save yourself, other MSers, and WM employees a lot of trouble if you know about the velocity limit.
