So let me get this straight - they publish a fare for SFO-MAN, but don't allow it through MPM??? The only way to fly LH on that route would be SFO-FRA-MAN (6217 mi) without doing some sort of UA codeshare.

I can understand if the dates show that the fare is sold out, but it would suck if they published a fare that you can't buy - isn't that illegal???
