Sounds like a lot of op-ups lately. Before jumping to conclusions, keep in mind that the last few weeks have typically been a lot of March break/Spring break travel, so there's generally more leisure travel and less business travel, resulting in oversold Y cabins and lighter loads in J.

The op-up experiences from the past few weeks may not be 'normal' for the whole year, but may be a combination of the gutting of the eupgrade program, as well as the time of year. Probably a good reflection on what travel during the summer will look like as well with more op-ups than prior years, and a lot more deadheading staff in J, particularly on some of the hub-to-hub routes.
