I'm confused ... I departed YYZ Int'l on Monday morning, and there was a priority security lane. (My experience with CATSA and her insistance that she "saw a liquid in that bag" is a whole other story). I went through around 6AM, Nexus was closed, regular line was open and priority line was open.

Not that things don't change between Monday and Wednesday at YYZ ...
