Mileage Run / "Real" Trip ratio

I've booked all my travel through the end of the year, and I will requalify for AA PLT with 50,020 miles, a close shave. I was examining all the flying I did this year, and it breaks down as follows:

5 Mileage runs : 28,256
2 Business trips: 8,568
1 Leisure trip : 13,196

Those mileage runs were real, old-fashioned runs, during which the longest time I was at any single airport was for 5 hours. Anyway, pure mileage runs make up a good 56.5% of my AA flying. Is this healthy?

Dare I ask how addicted the rest of you are...?
