I was actually going to type that, but then pressed the Delete button a few times.
The trouble is that 2 hours at HKG = 3 hours at AMS since Schiphol baggage return isn't great, whereas HKG is quite good. Then having done that you may discover it's the same answer - HKG only. I must admit I would have booked a much longer connection than 2 hours, or, flown CX to TPE (it's generally a very good route for Avios redemptions), or rather more likely gone HBO.
