It's a 10% maximum per AAdvantage account. There are already reports of those who have redeemed awards. It will be 5% (up to 5,000) from Barclays 5% (up to 5,000) from Citi, if you hold both cards.

I just experienced this first hand booking a 12.5K award. 10% back was posted as 625 miles form Barclays and 625 from Citibank MC. So not stackable.
