I have a trip on Friday under 3 separate bookings:

LGW to AMS with BA - booked direct with BA

AMS to HKG with CX - booked with avios on BA.com

HKG to TPE with CI - booked through expedia

Will BA be able to check my bag all the way through to TPE? I read here that there is an interline agreement between BA and CI but a bit confused if they will actually do it or not?

Also, i'm planning on using Twilight Checkin, will this cause a problem checking the bag all the way through?

I have a 3 hour transfer in AMS, and a 2 hour transfer in HKG
