That would be a nice glitch before the end of April to book flights like EDI-LON-NCE, fly the EDI-LON then cancel the 2nd leg and expect a refund of everything getting a free EDI-LON
OP - is this a one-way ticket or part of a return flight? If the outbound flight to NCE is not taken you may find other sectors on the same booking, if there are any, are cancelled automatically
It was just an outbound ticket LBA-LHR-NCE. I flew the LBA-LHR sector a few months ago, and randomly tagged on the NCE as it was free.
Not quite sure I can understand why the quote for changing it to Club Europe and a day earlier was so much more than just buying a new ticket. I suspect that the ticketing tried to do something odd using both the LBA-LHR and LHR-NCE sector.
