Why would anyone select Offer 3?
Why would someone select anything but Offer #2? Surely a bit more than 10,000 MR points would be worth more than 17 GBPs. In fact, lounge access for two would clearly be worth more than this and probably the same for even one person. Plus it's refundable and seems to "guarantee" a Premium (whatevere than means) room with a king bed.
A MR elite would value the points while someone who doesn't stay much with Marriott would value the lounge access. Both might value the better room and king bed, although MR elites might get this as a free upgrade.
