Yes, I think you've been upgraded.

For reference I've just checked an old mobile boarding pass from a flight from LHR to JFK in August. I was upgraded from WT+ to CW at the gate. The paper boarding pass showed club world, but my updated mobile boarding pass showed 20B which was a club world seat on the 747, but indicated World Traveller Plus.
