I had an itinerary that included a United and two United Express flights, all with UA flight numbers. Usually, United Express flights are credited just like United flights. However, my first United Express flight on this itinerary was not credited. I filed a retro claim to no avail. So today I called Aegean. I was told that they do no credit flights operated by Skywest Airlines.

Is that correct? Is there any place that lists which United Express flights are eligible and which are not? Mine was UA5402 from SMF to SFO. This is not a codeshare.
