That's standard good ticketing practices when interline carriers appear on a PNR. If the PNR is divided after creation sometimes issues can come up.

You mean a professional fee/ticketing fee from an agency..... even for our groups high touch / VIP service stuff it isn't anymore than $50.00 for a re-fare. And that is the max. You wasted 2hrs of your time to avoid that fee?
