I have both the AA credit card (american platinum select world elite master card - $89 annual fee) and will be getting changed over to the aviator red from barclay, also with similar annual fee. Obviously there is no need to keep both of them if I have to pay an annual fee. If I am unable to get the fee waived (or an equivalent perk/miles) which should I keep? Keeping one of them is an obvious yes as the waived baggage fee more than pays for itself. I do not have any status with either airline, I don't fly for business.

Do either one of them have obvious perks that beats the other?
