I often have similarly long layovers in DOH, connecting between the PHL and DEL flights.

I get a hotel room in Doha (typically the W) take a nap and then go exploring the Souk and/or the mall and/or the museum. Certainly better than staying at the airport. The J lounge is decent, but only for a few hours, at most.
