A friend's AMS-MAN was seriously delayed by heavy winds yesterday and I think he said the landing was quite interesting too. His Lima-AMS flight had arrived very early.

I live on one of the LHR inbound flight paths and it has been very, very windy here. We've also had torrential rain.
