flew from narita to ord 11 hours and the plane was so old it didn't have entetainment system underneath or in front of your seat. There is only like 4 inch of legroom.It was like standing up for 11 hrs. I saw a woman asking the guy not to be upset if she had to recline a bit.

I wanted to avoid United but there was no other option with my miles at that time.
