Including a scheduled trip from EWR to RSW on CO in December, I will be less than 200 miles from Gold Elite status on CO. Anyone have some advise as to what would be the cheapest way to get those last miles? Should I add an extra segment to my planned itienerary or should I do a cheap extra trip?
