After being recommended to try changing my email address by BA (after umpteen attempts by me, the Gold line, ba's twitter people to use the reset link) I also had that issue. Got round it by putting JUST my house number in the 1st line of address, then street in 2nd line.

Still haven't managed to reset my password, but I did manage to get the website to let me submit the change of email address form!
