Yes it's 2 return flights for yourself or you and a companion. The flying club helpline told me you can use them to book flights for anyone from your account, that you don't have to flying but I've never actually tried this.
My upgrade vouchers hit my flying club account on the 9th March and my anniversary date is the 18th March.
