CA and CZ are now much better than they used to be, at least in the seat comfort, food and service areas. MU still has a (long) way to go, IMO. Compared to UA, CA & CZ are better with their food, although it is served Chinese style (i.e. everything all at once.) They are hampered by having hubs in the major Chinese cities (duh!), with all of the flight delays and extra processing. (1 hour for int'l-int'l transfer at PEK. Really? )
