Headed to the Lionel Richie show tonight, but our last train home from Marylebone leaves at 23:45. I have heard that the queues for the North Greenwich tube can be horrendous after shows. Anyone have any recent experience exiting the arena at night that can confirm or deny this?

Looks like the show ends at 22:45 and it takes approximately 25 minutes to go North Greenwich-Marylebone. If it is easy to get a taxi, then maybe that would negate the issue and be a better idea
