The 7night rule applies to checkin day as it reads like you are asking if you checkin on a Monday afternoon stay the night leaving Tuesday then which is first night 7days later you can brg the same city or hotel within 50miles
Answer is eg you can brg to checkin following Monday night having had brg the previous Monday night
