The Qatar lounge is outstanding - easily the best food and drink you will find at Heathrow. Their inflight food is also better than Etihad, Emirates and BA, having flown all of them in the last 6 months in J or F.

Note that BA elites in Y do NOT get Qatar lounge access, you need to use the SkyTeam lounge (which is as good as Galleries Club anyway).
