Hello! First time poster here so please be kind :-)

After one too many uncomfortable J flights to and from NYC, I branched out. Now I always fly KLM/Delta which is SO much better in my opinion (four seats per row against BA's 8, with single window seats which are a godgift for petite female travellers like me). I've also flown Quantas to Asia and again, much better food, much more comfortable and I just really like the A380s...

...but on the other hand, I fear I'm spreading my miles too thin over several carriers, compared to my husband who only flies BA and has tons. Not that this matters much as they are so difficult to spend if you can't plan in advance.

But anyway - I do feel that the quality in BA has declined over the last few years and with many other airlines stepping up, they are lagging behind IMO.
