I completely agree! I feel it's a great property for the money or points (or cash and points), and they take care of their Diamond members.
If you are a Diamond and get extras for free, then sure it`s a good value, but if not, then it`s overpriced because it is still HR. They charge pretty much the same as 5* properties along the Promenad and around do on Kowloon (well, with a few exception such as Peninsula).
