Considering AA's apparent intent to kill off Envoy, I'm not entirely surprised that their performance is suffering. Morale must be at an all-time low. Fortunately, avoiding Envoy-operated flights just got easier for me now that they're completely pulling out of MIA by year's end.
Works for me. Let Air Wisconsin run their express routes; they've always been great.
