Downgraded all nights. I get a feel that the property is not that great (frequent higher management change, cheap toiletries, etc), so 15K points is the max I am willing to spend on it.
And yes, food at some places is not cheap, but while in HK, I tend to enjoy simple eateries more, which include some of those grand ball rooms for weddings and yam cha with a very reasonable price.
