One question though. I am allergic to shellfish and for the most part don't like other seafood that I am not allergic to. I know the Japanese eat a lot of it. It's not going to be terribly difficult to find beef/chicken/pork with veggies and starch, otherwise known as continental cuisine, is it? I can't live on fast food either due to palate and health restrictions but don't want to eat every meal at the hotel or Benihana.
