Thanks for the replies. I guess the EMB-120 doesn't have auto-land

So the delay has been pushed back again (UA 5439) and the agent says the fog is just as bad at LAX. So apparently even if it was clear here at CLD my plane isn't allowed to take off.

Yes I believe this is the last week of scheduled CLD-LAX flights.
