Or does it have to be exactly as presented during interview? What if I want to make a impromptu trip to Vienna(just an example) Will that be a problem? Or I stay with friends and cancel hotel?

Both Amazon and Staples sell A4 paper. Alternatively, you could cut down some legal sized paper to A4 size with a paper cutter. Most printers will print A4.
