I could not find the right group for this question. As I am going to be applying for schengen visa for Italy (SFO) I decided to post here. The schengen visa form is formatted for A4 size paper which is standard in Europe but I am unable to find the right paper here in US. Can I print it regular paper here after may be resizing the form? Can anyone share their experience? Also any pointers where I could buy it? Is this going to be a deal breaker?
Also another question is, the consulate needs all the lodging, internal flight booked. If I book refundable internal flights and hotels and once the trip approaches I change my mind, will I have the freedom to change lodging and internal transportation options? Or does it have to be exactly as presented during interview? What if I want to make a impromptu trip to Vienna(just an example) Will that be a problem? Or I stay with friends and cancel hotel?
I appreciate the help.
Both Amazon and Staples sell A4 paper. Alternatively, you could cut down some legal sized paper to A4 size with a paper cutter. Most printers will print A4.
