I have had an awards stay booked in the Royal Tower for 4/4-11 booked since the first day you could book an award stay. I was smart and did a screen capture of my reservation showing:
$41.90 per day service charge and government taxes and fees are included for total of $292.30 for the stay.

Today when I looked at the reservation they have changed it with no notice to the following:
Resort fee $48.38
Service charge $10.00
Estimated government taxes and fees $11.88
For a total of $491.81
An almost $200.00 increase
