I'm assuming you mean the free baggage you get as a benefit of having one of the elite statuses. If this is the case, yes, it does extend to the rest of your party as long as you are all on the same PNR. If you are on separate PNR's, it will not extend to them.
I believe the limit is 10 people in your PNR (at least on US Airways) to get the baggage benefit, but this may have changed.
