It looks like I will need a India Visa, but what is the best way to obtain a India Visa? I have found websites that charge between $60 to $110, should I just wait until I arrive to DEL airport?

Thank you for your help and time, I would greatly appreciate anyone's feedback.
You can get Tourist Visa on Arrival, if your trip falls under these categories:

"International Travellers whose sole objective of visiting India is recreation , sight seeing , casual visit to meet friends or relatives, short duration medical treatment or casual business visit. "

And your passport is from one of these countries:
"Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Djibouti, Fiji, Finland, Germany, Guyana, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Laos, Luxembourg, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Mexico, Micronesia, Myanmar, Nauru, New Zealand,Niue Island, Norway, Oman, Palau, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands,Thailand, Tonga, Tuvalu, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Vanuatu, Vietnam. "

You have to fill out the application online and pay the fee (USD 60) online as well.

p.s: I only know this because one of the colleagues who sits next to me at work went to BOM for a two day business trip.
