I arrive into DEL airport on 29 April at 11am. I will be in New Delhi for 38 hours, for I depart DEL airport on 1 May at 1am.
It looks like I will need a India Visa, but what is the best way to obtain a India Visa? I have found websites that charge between $60 to $110, should I just wait until I arrive to DEL airport?

You can get Tourist Visa on Arrival, if your trip falls under these categories:
"International Travellers whose sole objective of visiting India is recreation , sight seeing , casual visit to meet friends or relatives, short duration medical treatment or casual business visit. "
And your passport is from one of these countries:

You have to fill out the application online and pay the fee (USD 60) online as well.
