I'm trying to redeem a gift card on aa.com and there does not appear to be anywhere on the payment screen to use a gift card as payment. must be part of the migration, because under payment options, it usually gives a few choices such as credit card, gift card, 24 hour hold...
why don't you call in to ticket?
