T1 at NAIA is a hole. I mean there really isn't a way to sugar coat it. Inter-terminal transfers take a long time to T1, and its all pre security. I lamented this when I was in Manila earlier this year. I flew through T3 (great!) with SQ on the outbound, and then T1 with UA on the 2nd outbound leg.
