Wondering if you found out the answer to this. I am flying an a330 and the Delta seat map shows row 21 as having limited recline. I am currently in row 22 as all except three middle seats in EC are taken while all preferred seating other than one other and mine is available (seems odd).

I have tried googling but can only find this and another post.
