I am staying here right now. I booked a Sky View Corner room with my Amb Weekend Cert. When I got here, I was told I've gotten an upgrade to a Studio. Since I've never stayed here before, I didn't know how many floors it has, so I didn't really react upon the fact that I got a "studio" on the 16th floor. Once in the elevator, I realize that this is not a high floor room. After some complaining where they told me they couldn't solve my request for a high floor room I finally got to talk to the Front Desk Manager. I was reassigned a corner room on the 31st floor, after I told them I don't care about the upgrade, I just want a high floor room as booked. They also gave me 20k points as an excuse. I also told them i didn't need the points, since they actually solved my issue, but the points were deposited into my account right away. I checked after I've moved to my new room. Impressive that they can do that so fast, yet it takes up to a week to get the points after a stay.

The Studio is a bit silly as reported earlier in this thread. It's a "bigger" room with a screen placed next to the bed to act as a divider and "simulate" two rooms.

The minibar has a bottle of Moët though, so that's nice. RA benefits according to the welcome letter I received are:

* Upgrade to one of our Studio-Suites or an Executive Sky View accomodation
* Free minibar (beverages only, alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
* Welcome amenity
* Daily water
* One pay-tv movie per stay
* Complimentary WiFi (same as for all IGH members)
* 4p.m. check-out
* Complimentary newspaper

It also specifies that these benefits don't apply on reward stays.
