I actually had a terrible experience with Ryan Air about 2 yrs ago. I booked r/t from Frankfurt/Hahn to London/Stansted on their website and I accidentally put in the wrong dates when I booked it. Of course, I noticed this after the booking was complete. It was about $250.00 US for 3 people R/T. Anyway, to make a long story short.. I couldn't every get a hold of Ryan Air to change the dates. The phone # they provided on the web site didn't work at all. I ended up disputing the cc charges w/ AMEX and they tried to contact Ryan Air for months. Eventually, they gave up (AMEX) and made me pay the whole bill. Anyway, I was out the $$. I rebooked the R/T on Lufthansa for about the same price from FRA-LHR. Much more convenient anyway. So thats my $.02 on Ryan Air. I guess you can't turn down free tickets though.
