2) Consistent; start by buying two mini-bottles of wine + snack. If the flight is more than 3 hr, then a meal tray and another bottle (or two, if the flight's >4 hr).

If the flight is on a DH1/3, then a nice warm Heineken is consistent (except for that time we were being loud and apparently *that* YYCYEG was too short to serve anything).

3) casual. I fly 6+ hours each way (Not incl layover) - no matter when I leave or arrive, or which direction, there are no business meetings that day.

When in J, about the same, except the selection is better and I don't have to pay (unless you want that too-sweet Bottega bubbly stuff).
