I was ticked to learn that since I did not stay in the room, turn down service let the front desk know and they reserved it for someone else. My key still worked!!!!
Needless to say, I made out with a huge number of Hyatt points on that one. But a complete fail on behalf of that property.
I stayed at the Hyatt Orlando a year ago , they managed to put me in a 'suite' that was not cleaned after the previous guest , and then after I gave them a few hours to do that and I got settled , another couple walked into my room in the middle of the night
