GSers can upgrade 5 people on CPUs? I don't mind if they used miles or even if they TOD'd on, but when 1/4 or F is going to someone- and screwing me out of my CPU, I get a little agitated. That is a crap load of seats to 'one' person.
This gets back to, if a 1K can't CPU on a MCO flight at 8am on a Saturday morning, what good is it being loyal to United?
That's bad. A Sat morning flight as 1k and didn't clear from MCO, ouch. I've been saying that TODs are not the primary issue but elite population is what's killing the CPU. I was 15th yesterday on list and I doubt there were 12 TODs purchased for all 12 seats on 737 flying to non hub. 5 GS folks boarded first, 5 to a non hub on a Thursday afternoon.
