On my last trip, I recall my CW neighbour asking CC if there was an arrivals lounge. CC went off and came back and told her there was.

However, as others have said, there isn't one (I told my neighbour that I think she was mislead by CC).

I usually inform the hotel well in advance that I will be arriving early and they have allowed me to check in every time (by the time I get out the airport, arrive at the hotel etc it's around 9am). Obviously this isn't guaranteed, so I keep a change of clothes in hand luggage just in case I want to freshen up whilst waiting for a room etc.
