I've looked in the primer and elsewhere but have not been able to find one place (or even two or three) where I can find all the fare codes (including award codes) for all the airlines. Is there such a site or sites? Obviously, to use Galileo and other availability tools you need to know the codes and I only know them for some airlines. In a related specific question, does anyone know why Galileo appears to show some award codes (e.g., A for FC on AF) but not others? (e.g., O for BE on DL)
