It's nice that the Minister of Transport ordered all Canadian airlines to implement the procedure. It's a policy that should have been in place long ago.
With AC's implementation of zonal boarding being a complete and utter failure (when it comes to deadlines/targeted time frames), color me stupid but I think that AC hasn't implemented this overnight.
Or has AC done so? Can anyone report back? Am I missing something because as I understand it airlines were forced to do this overnight?
